The Turf Club is located indoors on the 3rd Floor clubhouse
level just above Clubhouse section 317. This is one of the most
exclusive areas at Churchill Downs on Derby and Oaks day. The Turf
Club room consists of private tables, waiter service, a menu or
buffet, and your own LCD monitor (only on rows A to C) for placing
bets and viewing all races that day across the country.
There are multiple rows of tables in the Turf Club, with Row A
being against the glass and offering the best view of the track.
Tables in row A of the Turf Club all have 6 seats (23 tables in row
A), row B has 4 - seater tables (16 tables in row B), row C has
again a total of 19 (6 seat) tables, and Row D has multiple
(4-seat) tables. Behind row D are another 4 to 5 more rows of
tables sold as Turf Room tables. There is also an outdoor area
called the Turf Terrace where you'll find a ton of celebrities
annually for the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks.
